    *Is JBI Supported?*

*Is JBI Supported?**Is JBI Supported?**Is JBI Supported?**Is JBI Supported?**Is JBI Supported?*

Red Hat supports the JBI effort, but JBossESB does not support JBI 1.0 at this time. We're working on the JBI 2.0 expert group, so that may be our target.

Release 4.2MR2 of JBossESB does not deploy successfully to JBossAS 4.2.0. You will have better luck sticking with the JBossAS release that is included in the JBossESB stand alone binary distribution (4.0.5 at the time of this writing).  Release 4.2MR3 (and the forthcoming 4.2GA release) does deploy on JBossAS 4.2.0GA.+

*Using ServiceInvoker in a remote app*

*Using ServiceInvoker in a remote app*How can I use the ServiceInvoker class in a remote Java application?

Using the ServiceInvoker from within actions in the ESB does not require any additional configuration and will work out of the box. Using the ServiceInvoker from a remote JVM, such as from a stand-alone Java application, a servlet, an EJB etc. requires some configuration. See the 'Configuration for a remote ServiceInvoker' section in the Programmer's Guide
