jBPM integration

Interoperation between JbossESB and jBPM is currently implemented in the org.jboss.soa.esb.services.jbpm package.  Two ESB action classes provide access to the jBPM world through ESB messages:  CommandInterpreter and BpmProcessor, the latter being just a front end that allows deployment time XML configuration of many of the values required by the former
