Affects Version needs to include at least the latest version the problem occurs in.

Additional versions can be specified as desired. If it affects multiple branches then

at least the latest version in each branch should be selected.

The Fix Version is used to indicate which version the resolution will be in. This

shows up in the corresponding versions roadmap and presumably the release notes

when the version is released. An issue without a Fix Version does not show up

in any roadmap.
