High-level roadmaps for JBoss Community projects are usually published on the project site. Choose a project from http://jboss.org/projects/matrix and hover over the Overview tab to see if one exists.

Alternatively for a roadmap of upcoming releases select the corresponding JIRA project from http://jira.jboss.org/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa and click on the Road Map tab on the left.
