The JSR-88 plugin is only in an incubation stage. It consists of

two main projects, a core project and a ui project. The core project

implements the interfaces required of a tool provider in the JSR specification (located here). The UI project attempts to provide a gui that provides a usable interface for users wishing to deploy a j2ee-application.
