Nukes Integration

I'm working on mail list features for mail services, once

that's ready I'll work on nukes integration and we can test

it.  I don't want to put it in place until I get more stuff

for handling spam, better security stuff, but I think that we

should eventually do this:

• Each Forum gets its own address

• i.e. mail-sevices@jboss.org

• People can subscribe to mail lists (which get all of the

  forum posts/mails and they can post on the forum via email)

• Jboss-user and jboss-dev subscribe to all of the appropriate forum mails.

Notes

Then we can decide whether or not to host jboss-user and

jboss-dev.  I'm pretty sure we can handle the volume, but we

may want a separate instance of JBoss.
