Application Server: remove unwanted services

The SPECjAppServer2002 Application and Emulator should be deployed into the JBoss DEFAULT instance as apposed to the ALL or MINIMAL instances. The DEFAULT instance has more services than the benchmark actually needs. The following list of services can be removed:

hsqldb-ds.xml
scheduler-service.xml
snmp-adaptor.sar
monitoring-service.xml
mail-service.xml
schedule-manager-service.xml
jms
