Tuning Philosophy

The following statement, although very Philosophical, should be kept in mind at all times. When tuning, it is sometimes difficult to eliminate a bottleneck and all you can do is try and reduce the bottleneck as much as you can in one area or move the bottleneck to an area where its affects can be minimized. Put alternatively, as one bottleneck is solved or reduced, another will become apparent � there will always be a bottleneck somewhere, some are just easier to live with than others.
