this tag is equivallent to the param tag from the previous page, with the subtle difference that it is used when the URL you'd like to generate from your project is for a page in Wiki. When a Wiki page is created by referencing from Wiki, its name's first letter is capitalized by default, so if you are trying to construct an URL from outside Wiki you have to keep that in mind - Wiki capitalization does matter.
