Download and install the latest Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers (189 MB)

Install subversive by selecting it from the eclipse update site Galileo --> Collaboration --> Subversive SVN Team Provider (Incubation)

Install maven eclipse plugin from site: http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update

Only install the required pieces.  The SCM integration generated a conflict.

Then check out the jBPM sources from

https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbpm

Then import the eclipse preferences from the 'eclipse' top level directory in our project structure.
