I'm not sure of the accepted way of asking for help on this site, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  My client is a Fortune 100 organization in Chicago that is having significant performance tuning issues.  They need someone for 6-8 weeks at their site as soon as possible. Ideally this person will have implemented open source perfmon and tuning tools.  Although its an admin and performance tuning role, they still need somone who understands object oriented development, can be a Java/J2EE hack, and familiar with instantiating.
