Tree only shows two level of nodes but actually contains more

Originally the issue was found on our richfaces-demo. Then it was reported at User Forum a few times. And the solution is really simple. Just make sure you have no oldest commons-collections 2.2 dependencies in your application. It could be direct dependency or some reference from third-party jars. Just exclude it and use newer commons-collection 3.2
