1. inplaceInput, inplaceSelect: discussion - 1 hour, development - 8-12 hours, documentation - 1 hour
2. panelBar: discussion - 1 hour, development - 4-6 hours, documentation - 1 hour
3. panelMenu: discussion - 1 hour, development - 4-6 hours, documentation - 1 hour
4. toolBar: discussion - 1 hour, development - 6-8 hours, documentation - 1-2  hour
