• Default configuration
  • default eviction/expiration policies

Reorganisations

• 'Servers' or 'Infninispan Servers' where to bundle all server related docs?
• 'Hibernate Second-Level Cache'
• 'Experimental' - where to put things like 2LC with AS5, GridFS...etx
• CDI integration and Spring integration, while related, are currently in two very different sections.  Should they not be under the same sub-section?
