    write a root README in examples dir - Andy

    correct all of the README's - Andy

    decide how we ship examples and update the build distr/maven repo/both

     

    fix the following:

     

    JAAS

    jms-bridge

    replicated-multiple-failover - Francisco

    perf

    xa-with-jta

     

    port the following javaee examples to as7/Arquillian

     

    ejb-jms-transaction

    hajndi (need to check if this is actually valid for AS7)

    servlet-transport (if available in AS7)

    xarecovery

     

    mdb-remote-failover doesnt work, debug to see if its an issue with AS7 integration

     

    Documentation

     

    review all documentation

    write replication chapter - Francisco

    • Documentation: Manual entry for replication is really poor. (HORNETQ-973)
