It is not possible to fire or "call" a specific rule. Rules are not methods; they are more akin to events which may fire in response to changes or additions of facts.

It is possible to have an Activation Group which will only allow a single rule to fire from a group. Once this rule has fired the other activations in the group are cancelled.
