Don't think you will get more attention by responding to your own post in order to move it to the

top of the forum.

You still haven't added any new information that would make your question answerable.

Repeated use of this tactic is likely to lead to somebody giving a warning about bad behaviour.

They will be even less likely to answer this or any future questions.
