JSPWiki is our wiki--at least for now. It was very easy to integrate into JBossPortal2.0. Additionally, it allows rapid input of information. Wikis are a critical resource for community collaboration of information and documentation around an open source project. Documenting mechanism must be very simple as quite often documentation is the last thing to be done and the first thing to be cut in a software project in order to meet functionality delivery deadlines. Of course, JBoss Labs does not advocate the cutting of documentation, just accepts that it happens in the real world.
To address this, the easiest wiki possible was chosen. Also, the wikis are open to anyone who wants to contribute--in the true spirit of wikis.
