I've overridden them with return set to 'true' to ensure it is equal.
How do you mean? Could you post the DevicesToTrack code?

Erm ..... that was my problem!
Due to an earlier problem when the equals was causing trouble I put;
@Override public boolean equals(Object object) { //return super.equals(object); return true; }
I'm now getting;
value is not valid
Which has taken me full circle.
Many thanks for all your help.
np.
Guess you already have searched the forums for the value is not valid
problem, eg EntityConverterValueIsNotValid
Good luck with your app!

Just (re) added the annotation;
@DataModel private List <DevicesToTrack> devicesToTrackList = new ArrayList <DevicesToTrack> ();
This had cured the value is not valid
error. All is working well.
You mentioning my entity resulted in me re-looking and it noticing my error.
