Inside a rich:scrollableDataTable, if i use rich:toolTip,
The tool tip is not comming properly, only showing upto row height, then other postion is getting cut.
The version i am using 3.13..

Is this a bug or some stuctural problem, if this is a stucture prob can anybody pls help me, what i have to do to make it work,

I have tried with the version 3.20 also, there it is comming correctly but after sroting the tool tip is not comming..
