Shouldn't the docbook build be creating the output in something like the following folder?
ejb3/output/docs/reference
rather than
ejb3/docs/reference/build

I added a .cvsignore to avoid people (me! :-) committing this to cvs.

I also added a dummy file to the images folder so you can actually build the docbook
when you use prune empty directories with CVS
