Updating manuals with subscribtion

I've previously bought the 1 year subscription to the documentation. Now, I'd like to download the documentation again. How do I do that without paying a second time?

On the old site selling the documentation you had an download archive. There seems to be one too on the new site (ComponentSource) which is still empty.
I contacted their support and was informed that my "previous orders will be loaded into [my] account soon".
