    user vs dev wiki separation

I think we are starting to get to the point where we might want to consider separating the wiki into a user and developer path (like the forums are). There is getting to be so much content on the wiki that it is getting difficult to navigate. An example of why this is needed is I would like to add a page for what point of a release should be incremented based on the changes in the release (i.e. interface changes would require a minor point release where an architecture change would require a major point release). I have no idea where this should go when starting from the main wiki page. It is obviously a dev issue, but there is no logical dev path to follow for this on the wiki.
