problem importing javax.ejb.Stateless

I'm using eclipse 3.1, JBossIDE 1.5M2-EJB3-Tools, and JBoss AS 4.0.3RC2. I created a new EJB 3.0 Project and then created a Session Bean. I get a compile error trying to import javax.ejb.Stateless. I expected this would be in the jboss-j2ee.jar but I do not see it. Anyone know where I can find it.

It is in jboss-ejb3x.jar which is in JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/ejb3.deployer
