JBoss Application Server 5.0.0.GA contains a fully spec compliant implementation of EJB 3.0.

The bundle itself is called 1.0.0-Beta10, because I want to be certain that all features from JBoss AS 4.2 are available. So certain things are currently not yet implemented, like deploying .ejb3 files. And other things need to be configured using MC services, like skipping annotation scanning. Once we have this fixed and/or documented you'll see a GA of JBoss EJB 3.
