Can not download configuration guide for JB AS

On this page https://labs.jboss.com/authsec/jbossas/docs/index.html
i can view the configuration guide online. But when clicking on the download button i get

When i am not looged it this is the url of the jboss documentationhttp://labs.jboss.com/jbossas/docs/index.html
I am not able to download the configuration guide.
So why is an download button shown when download is not allowed?

Hi Carsten,
I've tried the following and seems to be veiwing well , but not a downloadable PDF
