there is some delay cause i'm working on the jBPM training. i hope to get to bug fixing and adding features next week or so. then i'll also update the jira. basically, the 2 things i want to focus on for jbpm 3.1 is asynchronous messaging (optional, so without a hard dependency on a message broker) and completion of the exotic node types and node configuration properties.
