I still have to look at this issue, but I guess it happened while reworking the GPD diagram page to coexist with the other pages of the WTP XML editor. I suppose property providers are switched by the XML editor when switching tabs, and thus I'll have to explicitly register the property provider in case of a switch to the diagram page... But again, this is merely a supposition.
