I'd like to know whats the recommendated and preferred way of loading process definition which are going to ship with our product. I have processdefinition xml file which we are going to ship with our product. One way I can upload into customer databsae by providing some web program to load file and call that during our installtion program without taking any input from user. Other way is to have some web ui where user can specify location of xml definition and load that in customer database.
Bottom line: do we have built in web ui in jbpm which customer can use to upload process definition. If not how companies using jbpm is shipping processessd definition to customers and how it "seeded" into customer database. As I said I am looking for recommended way for doing this
