starting the process

Hello!
I want to use jbpm in our application, we hope we can implemente the process start automatically,I think I can use timer,but how I can do in programming and process definition.
The second problem, I want to design the first login person responsible for process start-up and creating the taskinstance for other persons,and others use tasklist in the web page after login straightly, How
Do you think this method ?

look at the HomeBean or any testcase. You can see how a process is started there.

I do not understand your second question. Can you elaborate a little further?

I think your question is too "user specific", nobody could give you a helpful message, it need thounds of words. The best way is you give a paitient study, then post question into detail of your process!
