    does processdefinition.parsexmlinputstream really throws Jpd

we have asked us if the javadoc of the jbpm package is correct, because in ithe javadoc it says that the named method throws the named exception, but in reallity it isn't throwing, so we can add every single xml file as a process definition to the database, the values of the definition are null afterwards, we think that's a big mistake, the jbpm plattform should throw those exceptions during process deployment, otherwise it's possible to add non-processdefinition xml files to the database.
