I'm very new to this Rich Faces world.

Can anyone help to solve the below issue??

I have a rich:datatable which loads a list of records. Whenever there is an AJAX call from the page , the getter of the list is called behind the screen. Because of this i'm facing performance issue.is there any way to avoid the dataTable list call ??
