CPM - Critical Path Method

In my project, I need to calculate the difference between target duration and real duration. The real I can get from the log, of Corse. But is there any possibility to declare the duration on a Node at the process definition level?

In my view it would be a goody to set the following values at process deployment time:

Earliest start
Latest start
Earliest finish
Latest finish
How can I calculate a critical path?

you can add custom elements to the processdefinition by hand. I if you turn of validation on the server side, you can access these additional elements by retrieving the processdefinition in xml format from the deployed processarchive.

Calculating critical paths is not a feature of jbpm

no.... it is not planned. Look in the jira (detailed) and the wiki (global) for the roadmap
