eclipse plugin download urls

i just downloaded the cvs repository and am trying to get familiar with the editor. i have noticed that some of the locations for the plugin web downloads in the custom.properties files are slightly different. Should I submit a ticket or is this expected or have i just done something wrong?

ok i think the problem is that i went to this directory: JBPM:/jbpm.ide/org.jbpm.build/ instead of JBPM:/jbpm.3/designer/jpdl/ i assume the latter is correct?
