Installer docs

Can we get some documentation on how to run the different installer use cases? The scripts seem to be build to just setup the hudson QA.

What about:

- installing into the AS only?
- create/drop the database tables?
- install without building?

Another thing I am missing:

How do I provide the DB configuration parameters to the scripts?
Where are user/password, jdbc URL, etc configured?

i'll finish those docs asap. hopefully tomorrow. i've tried to write the scripts in a way that they are readable. hopefully that get's you already going in the meantime.
