I think that it is a good feature that would merit to be on the roadmap for 2.4.
The recent addition of portal events can probably facilitate the implementation of that in regard tracking the user behavior as it is possible to know what page or what action a user performs. This feature is available in our codebase (for 2.2) and need to be exploited by a dedicated listener.
