problem logging in error 401

Hi All,
I just downloaded the 4.0.5 app server installer version for working with the portal the problem is that Ican't login with the default users: Admin, User
I get 401 error:
b]HTTP Status 401 -
This request requires HTTP authentication (). [

I just wanted to add that I'm working with Oracle 10g DB

And I dont see any spesific error messege.

I'm really won't to try this portal and it seems that i'm stuck to here any idea.
