I had a look on the extendedDataTable component and it looks very similiar to ext ExtJS version. Is ExtJS JavaScript code used for this component? I find in another thread that you have tried to integrate ExtJS (at least the layout components).

Are you still working on ExtJS integration or have you totally skipped it? ExtJS is a very nice widget library and offers really fancy/nice components. I guess that some community users can also help developing richfaces components, if the JavaScript part is almost finished and they can concentrate on component development in Java.

I know that a lot of time is not spent for developing JavaScript and HTML code but I guess that ExtJS will help Richfaces to become more famous. Nevertheless, Richfaces is really nice and I am looking forward to 3.3.0. :-)
