jboss-seam.jar in default/lib?

why isn't the jboss-seam.jar as part of the JBoss 4.2.1.GA distro in the default/lib folder?

Seam is a JBoss product. So most folks deploy the Seam jar's as part of the EAR???

Seam is currently an application level library and as such is packaged in your built ear. Seam dev team have no plans to change this.
