    Problem Using Rich Tree nodeSelectListener

    Jubril Adisa Novice

      On my xhtml page i have

      <rich:tree value="#{detailBean.itemTreeData}" var="item" id="selectTreeA" switchType="client" nodeSelectListener="#{detailBean.onItemSelectedA}"
       reRender="selectTreeA" selectedClass="selectedRow" ajaxSubmitSelection="true">
       <rich:treeNode id="treeNode79">
       <h:outputText value="#{item.name}" />
       </rich:treeNode>
       </rich:tree>

      but anytime i click a node , There are two types of events that i receive in my listener
      public void onItemSelectedA(NodeSelectedEvent event) {
      UITree tree = (UITree) event.getComponent();
      Object o=tree.getRowData();
      }

      one is the AjaxSelectedEvent and the NodeSelectedEvent, whenever i receive the NodeSelectedEvent I always get an exception whenever i attempt to invoke the getRowData()
