Changing the rich:commandButton to 3D

Hi
I am new to richfaces, and was wondering if it is possible to change the appearance of the rich:commandbutton to 3D please. Also, how do you change the colour of the button using a customized skin?

You meant a4j:commandButton, didn't you?
