Get feedback from the process of scanning classpath

As long as Seam scans classpath in order to build list of components I'm wondering whether it's possible to get involved into the process instead of introducing third one (in addition to EJB and Seam).

Ideally I'd like to get feedback for each class.

This is already implemented in 2.1 trunk, check subversion and JIRA.

Can I make use of it before 2.1 somehow?
If negative when 2.1 is issued?

It's actually currently undocumented. But, basically, implement the DeploymentHandler class, and register it using a META-INF/seam-deployment.properties like

org.jboss.seam.deployment.deploymentHandlers=my.DeploymentHandler
