How to enable servlet 2.3 class loading

Hi everybody,

I am having troubles with running more then one similar web application in the single instance of Jboss-Tomcat bundle.
The JBoss 3.2.1 book clearly says that if "servlet 2.3 class loading model is enabled it will first load from the war WEB-INF/{classes,lib}".

Does anybody know where I can enable this class loading model.
