how to change the header? how to remove tabs?

Hi,
I am new to Jboss Portal can you please help me out by giving the answers of my following queries:
1> how can we change the Jboss Portal Header/Navigation part?
2> I donâ€™t want to make portal pages tabs. how can i remove these portal page tabs.
3> can we add JSF page to CMS. I did the same but it does not render the JSF tags.
