this also is fairly low importance, but needs to be said :-)

when changing files, please try to keep the updates to the file to a minimum.

especially i'm referring to CTRL+SHIFT+F, which formats the complete file. that is nice when you're working on it, but it's hard to find the real differences when reviewing the commit.
