using a fixed date in TimerDefinitions is impossible

When using TimerDefinition, there is no possibility to set a fixed date for the timer; we can only set a duration.

The dueDateDescription is used in TimerImpl.setDueDateDescription(), called from ExecutionScope. It is always read as a duration so the possibility to have a timer that will fire at a fixed date disappear.
