Whatever the details of JBMessaging, you'll need to specify a <jms-provider> in your jbossesb.xml (see xsd). On this <jms-provider>, you'll specify the "top level" connection details for your JBMessaging provider (no destination details). Then, nested inside your <jms-provider> you'll need to add <jms-bus> instances to specify the specifics of the destinations provided by your JBMessaging provider.

You do not need to change any names. JBossMessaging is designed to be replace JBossMQ with no changes. Other then redifining your Queues. ALso see
