Are all endpoint persisted during hot-deploy?

I'm seeing this with 4.2 MR1 - nothing seems to be broken, but I'd like to understand better what's going on.

In the ESB app that is built with this jboss-esb.xml file (https://ldimaggi.108.redhat.com/files/documents/142/384/jboss-esb.xml), I'm seeing (7) endpoints persisted. The server log shows these entries:

But - when the app is hot-deployed, I'm only seeing (3) entries on the log. Everything seems to work - but, shouldn't all the endpoints be regenerated on a hot-deply?
