3. As suggested I hv placed the layout.properties in WEB-INF/classes. However the output is not effected. The screen-shot of the output (where border and padding are not effected) is uploaded at http://www.sendspace.com/file/bzbog1.
Can I have your e-mail ID, only towards this issue (fingers crossed). -

2. Sorry I do not have much time to work on that now. I'll take a look if I get some.
3. I suggest that you check if bundle properties are accessible on the page. Add #{...} and check. If you do not see correct output, consult f:loadBundle documentation.
