FYI everyone, there's a new editor (JBoss ESB Editor) for jboss-esb.xml files.
Please take a look and provide feedback. To use the new editor, the steps are:
1) Download eclipse Europa - for example: http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/eclipse/technology/epp/downloads/release/europa/winter/eclipse-jee-europa-winter-linux-gtk.tar.gz
2) Download JBossTools 2.0 from the nightly build URL http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/latestBuild.html - for example: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/200804040824-nightly/all/JBossTools-200804040824-nightly-ALL-linux-gtk.zip
3) First, install eclipse: tar -xzvf eclipse-jee-europa-winter-linux-gtk.tar.gz
4) Then install JBoss Tools: cd eclipse; unzip JBossTools-200804040824-nightly-ALL-linux-gtk.zip
5) Start eclipse: eclipse -clean
6) Create a new Java project from an ESB quickstart - for example helloworld - and edit jboss-esb.xml

Ctrl/N, then type "esb" and click the wizard that is listed to create a new ESB XML file
